Frank: stroke of a young squirrel

Only a few weeks after Christmas, in the early morning right on his way to work, Markus found a totally wet, freezing, hungry, broken-hearted, scared and lonely little creature. The wimpy looking poor something was simply marooned by his former owner. Our teddy-trainer decided within a second to take care of the foundling and together with IRONteddy Theodor he cockers him up with all the love he could give. Henceforth, the lonesome little creature has a new home.

This is the tragic and likewise dramatic story of Frank, the squirrel - and it is likely not a singular case.

During the first days, Frank is very agitated and depressive. Every now and then he starts hysterical crying because of his horrible past. He is lacking self-confidence and is showing a lot of self-reproach. He blames himself for being marooned but Markus and Theodor do not leave him alone and talk a lot during these times. The IRONteddy and his trainer try to show him that he is not responsible at all for all the things that happened to him. But first of all, their aim is to make him feel home.

Frank is totally enthusiastic about IRONteddy and starts to train like Theodor. He is so into it and shows such a great ambition that Markus has to slow him down from time to time. But Frank is a very talented young sports-squirrel so that Markus and Theodor decide to take him along to the trainings camp taking place in Spain.
